I met The Dotting Chick (Cheryl) at Summerfest, just this past Fourth of July. She is as lovely a human as she is a talented artist! I decided to commission a piece from her for my best friend's upcoming wedding, and the whole process was such a pleasure. Cheryl takes the time to make sure she is creating an individualized piece perfect for its intended recipient- she worked with me to get an idea of who my friend is, what the piece is about, and communicated to make sure we were on the same page down to the fine details such as the specific shades/hues of color used in the palette.
